Davide Nunziante is a contemporary Italian painter whose artistic path has been marked by evolution, experimentation and a deep connection with the world around him.

His career as an artist began in 2003, when he initially embarked on a journey of exhibitions and collaborations with esteemed Italian art galleries.

In that formative year, Davide creates 'homages', with the solution of the 'picture within the picture', within his silent lives, he proposes icons of the history of art such as the Piazze d'Italia by Giorgio De Chirico. This first experience serves as a springboard towards his artistic maturation.

It is in the crucial years of 2004 and 2005 that Davide Nunziante gives birth to his most iconic creation, "the big match", a symbol of the human being in his present, between what has been and what will be. This invention marks a significant turning point in his artistic trajectory, defining his unique style and triggering a creative awakening.

From his ion for music and the memory of 8-bit video games, in 2020, with the work 'Surf Green 001', Davide started the 'Icons' series, iconic instruments such as the Fender Stratocaster, Telecaster and Gibson Les Paul, revisited in a minimal form to tell stories of travel, ion and growth but above all the charm and beauty of simplicity and imperfection, in things and people.

In recent years his paintings have found boldness and expressiveness, a reflection of his identity, his thoughts and his ions. The creative process takes place naturally and instinctively, testifying to the depth of his artistic intuition.

With the beginning of 2025, a series of works with guitars and matches inserted in natural contexts such as the sea or the mountains, tells us about universal values ​​such as the ion that makes us alive, the constant search for truth in ourselves and respect for nature.
