Am 23. August 1967 wurde ich in Zürich geboren.
Das Zeichnen und Malen begeisterte mich von Kindesbeinen an, ich habe es mir aber ausschliesslich autodidaktisch beigebracht.
Vom 3. August 2001 bis 22. Juni 2004 absolvierte ich an den Neuen Kunstschule in Zürich den Lehrgang „Werbegrafik und Design“.
2021 absolvierte ich das Online-Studium der Drawing Academy und der Old Masters Academy in London.

Etwas zu meiner Kunst
Meine Bilder erscheinen dem Betrachter auf den ersten Blick nicht spektakulär oder aussergewöhnlich aber beim zweiten und dritten Blick wird man laut Aussage der Betrachter ins Bild gesaugt. Man steht dort und ist fasziniert von den Farben und der Tiefe, den Details. Die Bilder werden nicht langweilig, immer wieder setzt man sich davor und schaut.
Mit Samtbildern fing ich 2006 an. Da der Samt „lebt“ muss man sehr präzise arbeiten. Die Farbe muss in den Samt eingearbeitet werden. Zu berücksichtigen ist auch, dass die Farbe vom Samt aufgesaugt wird.
Reiten ist meine Leidenschaft. Das spiegelt sich auch in meinen Pferdebildern wieder. Viele Leute sagen, meine Bilder seien so real, dass man immer wieder schauen muss, ob sich die Tiere nicht doch bewegen.
Die Augen sind meine Spezialität, sie hauchen dem Bild Leben ein.
